Thank you to the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce for assisting in the planning of our event! Spire Energy for preparing awesome hot dogs, Red Diamond for serving coffee and tea, Premiere Cinemas for donating popcorn, Mr. Steven Kerr for music, Miss Leeds Area for singing OUR national anthem, Shops of Grand River for providing face painting, Mills Pharmacy for providing balloon artist, Talladega Speedway for providing the pace car for this weekend’s race and Rev. Steven Weems leading us in prayer! October Artists Gallery | Leeds Arts Council
Quilts of Valor will be the featured Artist in the Gallery for October. The National organization presents these handmade quilts to Veterans to honor their service to our country. The Leeds Arts Council will host a reception on Sunday, October 6, from 1:30 to 3:30 and a special presentation ceremony on Friday, November 1, at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to both events! Come see the beautiful Quilts and honor some worthy Americans, including our Mayor, David Miller, and other worthy veterans.

Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce announces Downtown Trick or Treating 2024 is scheduled for Thursday, October 31. Downtown Trick or Treating provides a safe and fun event for all children in our area to participate in each year and all businesses in the greater Leeds area are encouraged to participate. As always, our Trick or Treating hours will be from 3- 5 PM.
