Knights of Columbus Leeds Council 5597 Presents Beach Giveaway

Knights of Columbus Leeds Council 5597 Presents Beach Giveaway

The Knights of Columbus Charity Bingo at Leeds Civic Center brought its largest attendance yet with 97 people on Friday, July 8, for this charity event. Just before the games began, an impassioned announcement was made that they would draw the winning tickets for their major fundraising campaign of the year; the Condo Beach trip, Outdoor package and the Restaurant Gift Card Package. Don Tice explained to all that the 23 unsold tickets would leave the charity organization short of their $6000 goal. Within 10 minutes of making that announcement, their great bingo family purchased all remaining tickets.  The Knights of Columbus Leeds Council #5597 would like to thank everyone who bought one or more of the 300 available tickets.
