Sign Up Now for Leeds Earth Day Community Cleanup

In celebration of Earth Day, the City of Leeds invites residents, families, and local organizations to participate in the Leeds Earth Day Community Cleanup on Saturday, April 26, 2025. This year’s cleanup is scheduled the weekend after Easter to maximize community participation and ensure a fun, impactful day for all.

Event Details:
📍 Check-In Location: 8373 1st Avenue (empty field across from Kinetic)
🕣 Check-In Time: 8:30 a.m.
🕘 Cleanup Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
🌧 Rain or Shine

Volunteers will be provided with gloves, pickers, safety vests, and trash bags to help clear trash, debris, and litter from around the city. The event is open to all ages, and everyone is encouraged to bring friends and family to help make a visible difference in our community.

Start your morning with breakfast biscuits generously sponsored by Chick-fil-A (while supplies last), and enjoy a chance to check out real police and fire vehicles on-site for a special community showcase.
