Wow, what a line-up for this week. Grand RiverFest is this Saturday with a huge event is planned throughout the entire Grand River complex with the Outlet Shops of Grand River, The Backyard and Grand River Drive-In. Saturday's events all over the city lend plenty of things to do! You will not want to miss the City-Wide Prayer Breakfast on the 28th. Our Governor will be speaking today at the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce meeting.

Mark your calendars for Bingo Night! Leeds Knights of Columbus Council 5597 announces a Charity Bingo night at Leeds Civic Center scheduled for Friday, April 22. Doors open at 5 pm and Bingo begins at 6 pm. This is a fundraiser for charity projects in the greater Leeds area.

It's Grand RiverFest Time This Saturday!
Grand RiverFest One Day Festival Marketplace
Admission is absolutely free. Enjoy incredible family fun this Saturday, April 23 (rain date: April 30) at Grand RiverFest 2022. This one-day festival marketplace at The Outlet Shops of Grand River will host arts, crafts, food, balloon art, face painting, bounce houses, fashion, DJ and so much more!
This spring event is expected to host more than 50 pop-up vendors. Grand RiverFest is one of the largest area festivals and this year’s event is scheduled from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the front parking lot. Bring your family for a day of fun.
Plenty of Food and Fun with a Crawfish Boil and Entertainment
While you are enjoying the festival, there will be plenty of food and fun with a crawfish boil and live entertainment at The Backyard. Listen to live music, enjoy original brews from Neighbors Brew & Pies and get access to all you can eat crawfish from Red Mountain Crawfish. There will be a spicy crawfish eating contest, mini golf and other fun activities for the kids to enjoy throughout the day. You will not want to miss this amazing day in Leeds, Alabama.

The Outlet Shops of Grand River is Alabama’s favorite outlet destination where customers can come to shop at more than 70 stores and then stay to play.

Leeds Food Truck Monday April 25 hosted by Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce - Berries by Crystal. This food truck will be available approximately 11-2. Look for them in downtown Leeds on the corner of Parkway Drive and 9th.

Summer Student Theatre Workshop
Leeds Arts Council is pleased to announce that Matilda the Musical Jr. is the show chosen for the Summer Student Theater Workshop for students in grades 2-12. The workshop will be held June 6-19 at the Leeds Theater and Arts Center, in downtown Leeds. The workshop is a two-week workshop, with students attending 8 am to 12 noon, Monday through Friday. There will be four performances: Friday June 17 at 7 pm, Saturday June 18 at 2 pm and 7 pm, and Sunday June 19 at 2 pm. The director is Michael Bridges, award-winning drama director at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic School.
