M&B Metal Products Inc. is looking for a Staff/Senior Accountant for our manufacturing facility located in Leeds, AL. The company is extremely stable and has been in business since 1943. The company is actively evaluating ways to grow and diversity. Salary is flexible depending on experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable duties • Record recurring and month-end closing journal entries • Bill customer invoices • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations • Process check requests, ACH and wire payments • Record fixed assets and leases related transactions • Support team with monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to management • Assist with the annual Audit and Budget • Other duties and projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong computer skills including experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting • Prior experience as a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant To apply, contact: staff@mbhangers.com.
