Council Approves a City-Wide Refresh Project
Leeds City Council recently approved a City wide refresh project to safely and quickly demolish properties deemed unsightly, due to their length in vacancy.
In Leeds, the ending to these vacant properties, signals a beginning, to build something new and better in the community. Mayor David Miller said, "Whether it is three blighted buildings which require removal, such as in our case, or many more; the beautification and the safety of the City of Leeds is paramount to residents and local government alike. None of us, my family included, wish to live near properties that are an eyesore and do not contribute to the value of neighboring homes. I am very happy the City Council moved so quickly on this demolition and refresh project for the City of Leeds."
The refresh project is ongoing over the next couple of weeks and includes the following properties for a cost of $50k: 1331 Whitmire St, 7536 Alabama Ave & 7285 Main Ave.

Another spooky weekend is ahead of us and we are answering some of our most asked questions for you below ?
? Can you change your ticket time and date? Yes! There is a link on the ticket page, www.atroxfactory.com
? Can you add tickets once you have purchased? Yes, if available, you must go online and purchase more tickets for that time slot. Once time slots are purchased up, there are no more available.
? Can I purchase a timed ticket in person? No! If you purchase a ticket in person, you must wait in line!
? How do I get my photo if it wasn’t sent to my phone? Unfortunately, we hire a 3rd party to come and do those and don’t have access to all of them, so we can’t send them to you after! When you visit, make sure you get your photo sent to you when it’s taken! ? Atrox Factory

Drayer Physical Therapy
The natural process of aging can lead to the gradual deterioration of the discs between the vertebrae of your spine, known as degenerative disc disease (DDD). Are you aware of the stages and symptoms associated with DDD? ????? ?: ??????????? The first stage is often painless, with subtle changes in the curvature of the spine. As the spine loses its normal arch, your posture is affected, adding stress to the spinal nerves and hastening their aging process. ????? ?: ??????????? Spinal discs begin to dry out and lose some height. Typically, there are little or no spinal changes to the bony structures of the spine in this stage. Many people are at Stage 2 by the age of 40. ????? ?: ????????????? Postural changes are more pronounced and visible. The formation of hard bumps of extra bone may begin to form on the end of bones- called bone spurs- as the spine attempts to create a more secure spinal base. As these spurs grow, mobility of the back can become limited. ????? ?: ?????????? In the final stage of DDD, the discs are very thin, with minimal disc material remaining. Severe bony changes of the spine may be present. Bones can fuse together to compensate for the lack of rubbery cushioning between them. Physical therapy offers several safe, gentle, evidence-based modalities for combatting DDD symptoms and promoting pain-free movement. Are you ready to schedule a comprehensive evaluation?
